Research roadmap aligned:
Teams are advised to finish data gathering by March, 11th 2011. The executive committee will review all data and give suggestions for further work till April, 8th 2011. The roadmap for the country chapters sets a deadline for the country chapters for July, 1st 2011. This gives county teams as well as the executive committee enough time to review and adjust results. The finished country chapters are going to be presented in our next conference in Bruxelles in September 19 - 20.
Exceptions are made for teams that just joined recently. In case that you are unable to follow that roadmap, please address it to the Executive Committee.
