Juan Enrique Huerta is the co-principal investigator for Mexico. He is a research associate at the Media Research Center at the Tecnológico de Monterrey and also a research associate at the Centre of Studies Espinosa Yglesias. He received a PhD in Social Policy (UTArlington) and followed a Postdoc in Development (Political Science) at McGill University.
